Zodmarixphul provides professional landscape design services in Auckland, New Zealand. Operating from our location at 8 Gordon Road, Sandringham, Auckland 1025, we serve clients throughout the Auckland region. As services are customized and work begins upon agreement, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation Terms

Design Consultation

Design consultations for landscape design projects in Auckland, New Zealand may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation at your Auckland property may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover travel and preparation costs.

Consultations involve site visits to properties in Auckland and surrounding areas, requiring scheduling and preparation specific to New Zealand landscape design requirements.

Design Services

Once landscape design work has commenced for your Auckland property, cancellation terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:

• Cancellation before design work begins: Full refund of any deposits in New Zealand dollars, minus consultation fees if applicable
• Cancellation after design work has started: Refund of unused portion in NZD, minus work completed, materials ordered (including native New Zealand plants and hardscaping materials), and design development costs
• Cancellation after design approval: Subject to terms in your service agreement, as design plans are customized for your specific Auckland property and New Zealand climate conditions

Landscape design work is tailored to your property's location in Auckland, soil conditions, climate zone, and specific requirements, making designs non-transferable to other properties.

Installation Services

Installation services for landscape design projects in Auckland, New Zealand cancellation terms depend on project stage:

• Before materials are ordered: Full refund of installation deposit in NZD, minus design fees
• After materials are ordered: Refund in NZD minus design fees, materials costs (including native plants, hardscaping materials, and supplies sourced for New Zealand conditions), and any work completed at your Auckland property
• During installation: Subject to terms in your installation agreement, as installation work is specific to your property location and cannot be transferred

Materials ordered for landscape installation, including native New Zealand plants, are selected specifically for your Auckland property's conditions and may not be suitable for other locations.

Material Returns

Materials purchased specifically for your landscape design project in Auckland, New Zealand (native New Zealand plants, hardscaping materials, irrigation supplies, etc.) are generally non-returnable once ordered, as they are selected for your specific design, Auckland climate conditions, and property location. Exceptions may apply for:

• Defective materials that do not meet quality standards
• Incorrect materials delivered that do not match the agreed specifications for your landscape design project
• Materials that do not meet specifications agreed upon in your landscape design plan
• Plants that fail to establish due to supplier issues, subject to verification

Any material returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery to your Auckland property and materials must be in original, unused condition. Native plants and living materials are subject to different return policies due to their perishable nature and specific requirements for New Zealand growing conditions.

Returns of landscape materials are subject to inspection to ensure they are suitable for resale or can be used in other Auckland landscape design projects.

Refund Processing

If you are entitled to a refund for landscape design services in Auckland, New Zealand:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval
• Refunds will be issued in New Zealand dollars (NZD) to the original payment method when possible
• Processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from refund amounts
• Refunds for landscape design projects are calculated based on work completed, materials ordered, and services provided up to the cancellation date

All refunds for landscape design services are processed in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws and will be issued in New Zealand dollars.

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and in accordance with New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Force Majeure

Zodmarixphul is not liable for delays or cancellations of landscape design projects in Auckland, New Zealand due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions specific to New Zealand (storms, heavy rainfall, drought), natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events that prevent safe access to your Auckland property or completion of landscape installation work.

New Zealand's variable weather conditions, particularly in Auckland, may affect landscape installation timelines. We will communicate any weather-related delays affecting your landscape design project.
